📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct face-to-face and phone-based debt collection activities to recover overdue payments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely repayment.
• Utilize Home Credit's proprietary software, including the Field Collection System (FCS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, to manage and track debt collection activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service, explaining payment plans, terms, and conditions clearly and professionally.
• Document all interactions and outcomes accurately in the system to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with the collection team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in debt collection.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve collection techniques and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets.
• Familiarity with Home Credit's collection processes and tools, including FCS and CRM.
• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation for field operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional and respectful demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
