As an HR Talent & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing talent strategies that align with our company's vision. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source and attract top candidates, and onboard new hires to ensure a smooth transition. Additionally, you will develop and deliver employee development programs, including training and coaching, to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Design and deliver employee development programs, including training and coaching.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs.
• Manage the employee onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and talent development.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall growth of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, or a related field.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in HR or talent development is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
