In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, implementing best practices for poultry care, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will work closely with our team to monitor flock health, manage feed and water supplies, and implement disease prevention measures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily farm operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor flock health, implement disease prevention measures, and manage vaccination programs.
• Manage feed and water supplies, and ensure optimal nutrition for the poultry.
• Implement and monitor biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to sustainable and ethical farming practices.
• Develop and implement training programs for farm staff on best practices in poultry care.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve farm infrastructure and facilities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to farm productivity and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in poultry farming or a related field.
• Certification in poultry management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards for poultry farming.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with farm management software such as SAP or similar systems.
