📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement in manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and systems into production processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control protocols.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams on new processes and technologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software such as SAP, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to travel and work in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
