📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conduct subsurface data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and implement well planning and completion strategies.
  • Oversee drilling and completion operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Manage subsurface projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in subsurface engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of subsurface data analysis tools and software.
  • Familiarity with well planning and completion techniques.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., SPE, NExT, etc.) are a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid work permit for Indonesia.
