📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse operators, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and material handling.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Conduct regular training sessions to upskill your team and promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and team leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management system is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.
