• Sourcing and screening potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS tools.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
• Building relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Submitting high-quality candidate profiles to hiring managers.
• Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly recruitment targets to maximize commission potential.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
