As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Foundever, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. You’ll handle inquiries, process bookings, and provide personalized service to ensure a memorable experience for our guests. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rp 47,000 to Rp 70,000 per month, plus opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Process bookings and reservations using our in-house system.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide personalized recommendations to clients based on their preferences and needs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school graduate, K-12 completer, or college-level candidate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
