📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
  • Represent the department at meetings and events as required.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
  • Drive the department towards achieving its goals and objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in a similar role within a growing company is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
