📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Assist in preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.,Handle food waste and disposal in an environmentally friendly manner.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
