📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.,Manage and supervise the restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle inventory management and cost control.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving service quality.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control systems.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
