📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist Sales Representatives in meeting sales targets and achieving business goals,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects,Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify sales opportunities,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and presentations to clients,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must
