📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for tire-related issues.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics using specialized tools and equipment.
• Develop and implement technical solutions to improve tire performance and durability.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze tire performance data using advanced systems like TPMS and ATMS.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tire technology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of tire manufacturing processes and materials.
• Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment for tire inspections and diagnostics.
• Certification in tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) or vehicle dynamics control (VDC) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
