Local Bay Unggul is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles, maintaining records, and coordinating with drivers and other stakeholders. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and safe for use.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are properly trained and follow safety protocols.,Schedule and arrange for regular vehicle maintenance and inspections.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Handle vehicle bookings and ensure they are in line with company requirements.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles when necessary.,Provide support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
