📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Control inventory and procurement of food and kitchen supplies.,Prepare cost estimates for menu items and monitor kitchen expenses.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring food quality.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
