In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's success by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Manage employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary actions.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Manage the HRIS system and other HR technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
