📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the health and wellness industry.,Proven track record of managing store operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of health and wellness products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software and point-of-sale systems.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
