📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of fleet operations.

Monitor vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain accurate records of fleet activities.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Provide support during peak periods and emergency situations.

Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.

Knowledge of fleet management software and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.

Ability to speak and write in Indonesian and English.
