📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain operations and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.,Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team, including training and development.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Familiarity with mining or heavy industry logistics is a plus.
