📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain processes.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Manage and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and support staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.,Proven track record of success in managing logistics operations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
