📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Manage a team of 10-15 registered nurses, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Optimize the use of resources to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff.
- Participate in staff development programs and mentorship initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
- Certification as a Nurse Manager or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team and improve patient outcomes.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Knowledge of hospital policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
