📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement engaging daily activities and lessons using Montessori materials and early childhood education software
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers
• Assist in the development and implementation of the preschool curriculum
• Monitor and document children’s progress and development
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a consistent and high-quality educational experience
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to support the child’s learning journey

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in early childhood education, with a focus on infant/toddler development
• Certification in Montessori education or a strong understanding of Montessori principles
• Knowledge of early childhood education software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development
• Valid teaching or early childhood education certification (preferred)
