📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and placing orders.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of materials.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of materials.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
