As a Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will also be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
