Puskesmas Fitri Bakery is looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of our company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for helping our business grow. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including tax withholdings and benefits administration.,Monitor bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation of deposits and withdrawals.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports as required by law.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide reports to management.,Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
