ORBIT Dinamis is seeking a talented and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Pademangan, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Train and mentor staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and support.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
