Bengkel Joko Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients upon arrival and departure,Answer and direct incoming calls and messages,Schedule and confirm patient appointments,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records,Handle patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services,Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area,Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using computer and office software,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Willingness to work remote
