The Ancestry Suites is seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales & Events Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our luxury suites through various events and marketing initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.,Organize and execute events, such as weddings, corporate retreats, and social gatherings, to showcase the unique features of The Ancestry Suites.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.,Promote The Ancestry Suites through various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and local partnerships.,Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that our suites are always in top condition for events.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients, from initial inquiries to post-event follow-ups.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the hospitality and events industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, event planning, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software.,Familiarity with social media marketing and digital marketing tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for creating unique and memorable experiences.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
