In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand growth and enhancing customer engagement through innovative business strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, influencers, and media outlets.,Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our fitness concepts and services.,Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine and improve our brand offerings.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.,Monitor and report on the performance of business development activities and campaigns.,Identify new business opportunities and potential collaborations to drive growth.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, brand management, or a similar role in the fitness and wellness industry.,Proven track record of successfully executing business development strategies.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience with fitness and wellness industry is a plus.
