📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to logistics and transportation.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and support staff to achieve operational goals.,Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align logistics activities with business objectives.,Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve logistics processes to stay ahead of industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Proven track record of managing logistics operations and achieving operational targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards related to logistics and transportation.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
