📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output.,Monitor and control production processes to meet quality standards and production targets.,Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to prevent breakdowns and downtime.,Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues to minimize production delays.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular inspections and testing of machinery to ensure optimal performance.,Train and supervise junior operators to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of production and machinery maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.,Familiarity with various types of production machinery and equipment.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
