Berkah Gilang Medical Center is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our medical equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical technology and excellent writing skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and other documentation for medical equipment and systems.,Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical information.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational resources for medical staff.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and medical technology.,Provide support to customers and technical support teams by answering questions and resolving issues related to technical documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of medical technology and equipment.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
