📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients by greeting them with a smile and maintaining a professional demeanor.,Handle cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, accurately and efficiently.,Process various types of financial transactions, such as transfers, bill payments, and loan applications.,Assist clients with account inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Familiarity with banking software and systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking products and services.,Good knowledge of financial transactions and banking procedures.
