📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain plastic molding machines, including injection molding and blow molding machines.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Work with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet industry standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Assist in training new operators and maintaining detailed production records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Plastic Machine Production Operator or similar role.
• Knowledge of plastic molding processes, including injection molding and blow molding.
• Familiarity with machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Valid safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, SMM, or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of quality control principles and standards.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
